Rings For Finishing Blocks
In its subsidiary, and starting from the finest materials
available, SEEGO manufactures the complete range of grades for the
most cost effective rings used nowadays in every modern rod and
rebar rolling mills.
SEEGO RINGS are Sinter-HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) and can be
supplied also fully finished, with smooth and notched grooves.
Tungsten Carbide Rollers have been widely used in the production of
steel rods, wires, rebars and seamless tubes because of its good
wear resistance, high temperature hardness, thermal fatigue
resistance and high strength, which greatly improved the rolling
performance. Different carbide grades to be chosen according to the
different working environment.

Samples:
Normally we do not offer free samples, but we could properly adjust
according to detailed requirement.
Sample lead time: 15 days around with existing mould.
Mould time: 20-65 days depends on detailed drawing and requirement.
Production lead time: 15-90 days depends on mould and material
Shipment:
For small order, Express will be the best. It takes only 3-5 days
after we sent via TNT, Fedex or DHL. The freight can be to collect
via your express company account or prepaid by us.
For bulk order, sea ship way is best but take longer time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport or by Express send
to your door.
