YG15 Grade Tungsten Carbide Rollers with Good Wear Resistance

Product Description& application:

Grade: YG15, 15% Cobalt content, Wc 85%.

This grade is with very good wear resistance and impact resistance.

Tungsten Carbide Roll Rings as the characters of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and good compressive properties which is an important parts in the steel bar and wire rod rolling.

The rolls are primarily applied in high speed wire line, Knocks three roll mill, seamless pipe stretch reducing mill, three dimensional rolls for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, and composite roll for hot-rolled bar screw thread steel etc.
